ㅤㅤ┈ᯓ𖹭 more banana bread because i have no self control c: i wouldn't have bothered posting but i ended up experimenting with more flavors so i need to document so i don't forget what i've tried. i also bought a muffin top pan because i wanted the convenience of being able to do multiple flavors at once without having an actual muffin pan because hot take but i hate the bottom parts of muffins. why would i make a tall and worse cookie when i could just have the perfect texture of the humble muffin top 🙏 ㅤㅤthe 3 flavors i ended up with this time were hojicha walnut, pumpkin spice w/chocolate and walnut, and most importantly the improvised samoas !!!! i replaced 1/4th of the flour in the recipe (foodwishes has the best and only banana bread recipe ever btw argue with the wall) (or comment your favorite so i can try it next) with dark cocoa powder then added coconut flakes to the top before baking. theeeen the star of the show was piping on some date caramel at the end! i'm seriously regretting only making 3 of them like this, i didn't realize just how good it would taste aaaa. next time i'll make a full batch without overfilling the pan and the caramel piping will be prettier too.
