i was craving hot chocolate, but didn't know with what to accompany it. Then i remembered a reel i saved where they did some easy Brötchen with white precooked corn flour (from harina pan). They turned out amazing, i had a tiny piece of bocadillo (guava sweet gelly) left and used it as a filling. Also added some sugar because i wanted them a bit sweet.
