I'm doing deadhangs and some dumbbell over heads but i'm told lat pull downs help with the back muscles, is this true or would my basic back routine be fine enough?

if your routine works well with your back muscle then it's fine, but if you're also into trying new workouts to challenge further your body, lat pull downs can be a big help!
