A rainy Saturday night, my mom says it’s probably because of the prayers of lonely single people. The rain stopped when we got near the place, but started pouring again during the trip home. Luckily, their signature dish was claypot, and surprisingly, it tasted really good. The portion was filling enough for my “Indonesian citizen a.k.a WNI fighting for every rupiah” stomach. The only downside was that the indoor AC was still set to 16°C on a rainy night, which felt a bit too cold. The crispy beef was so good that it made me want to recreate the recipe at home. I’d still come back again with my family 👍🏻
