Better than I expected. Robert Downey jr truly is such a good fit for the role. He brings the billionaire playboy who is always superhero feel the characters alive with ease. The stakes didn't feel extremely high, but hey, it's the first movie for "iron man" so I won't judge it too harshly, it gives a good setting up for the other two movies.
