i threw together a soup of veggies that were going bad and it came together sooo well. i even had enough veg to bag up and freeze for the next time i want soup which is silly to be excited about but if you don’t get excited about quick soup then who are you pantry soup: -garlic -onion -carrot -celery -tomato (fresh and tinned) -chickpeas -ditalini noodles -mushroom bouillon -veggie broth -seasonings (rosemary, oregano, turmeric, salt and pepper)
