I think the customer service at Amazon is as confused as us. Tried to call cause I couldn’t see my Prime young cashback that I got from my purchases. The women kept confusing it with my Credit card cashbacks like ???? these are two seperate cashbacks ma’am had to cut the call because they wouldn’t help me figure it out.
