Despite being 12 year-oldsㅡwho are entering their peak cognitive development years, they, especially Natsume handled the situation quite maturely. She was patient with her friends' bombarding emotion and childish reaction towards her, and led them to find a solution to survive and go back home despite her friends showing unpleasant attitude without hesitation. She even tried to mediate with her friends though getting no results, and played the biggest role in this whole situation. I felt bad for her tho, she had to carry the untold story behind the analogue camera and a bunch of burdens (read: her friends; Natsume definitely doesn't think so because either she's too forgiving as she cherishes her friends, or she thinks she has all the faults, or maybe both. But in my eyes they are the burdens). She's my favourite character. Honestly, I'm so mad at Kōsuke (he's still a kid, I know), his behaviour just pissed me off so bad. And a damn coward too. Not forgetting Reina, the typical Japanese arogant girl.
