spoiler, but cool points for the metaphorical monster! i loved the writer's idea about falling in love with a "monster". the story is based on "true-ish" events- she takes inspiration from her own life. i'd recommend it if your looking for romcon horror film. (hardly scary tho, dark humored yes!)
