It is an acquired taste, but it is my acquired taste. His voice is so mesmerizing that it makes me want to just lay down and close my eyes. Also, I am such a lover girl that this music speaks to me as someone who loves wholeheartedly; and I am not talking about only romantic love. There will be a time where you meet someone and have separated, but you still carry attachment on the feelings you felt around that person. This song speaks to that. It does not necessarily mean romantic feelings, but, perhaps, feelings of contentment, understanding, and freedom. The attachment that will make you want to revisit the memories you had with that person and wish it were the present. It makes you look at the wall in a daze and wish that specific version of the person you loved is still here.
