a great movie. The depiction of Jacob Elordi’s fragilement makes the whole movie paintfully beautiful and gloomy. I haven’t yet read any of book or moive about Frankenstein. I feel like there’s more thing this movie trying to convey rather than just a fantasy about an immortal creature. It’s about forgive, finding the meaning, life and more. I especially love the scene where the old man told the creature that he is not a monster but his friend. And also the last scene beside Victor, where they communicate equally, where the creature forgive Victor, and he told him to forgive him self. One thing that really touched me is when Victor asked him to called his name one last time, when his name means everything to him. To Victor, the creature is like his son, he created him, put everything into the process., dedication. However, when his power, strength, and immortality also scared him.
And thus the heart will break, yet broken live on
Lord Byron
Forgive me. My son. And if you have it in your heart, forgive yourself into existence. If death is not to be, the. consider this, my son. While your are alive, what resource do you have but to live?
