ㅤ٠࣪⭑ meal prepping for the week but this turned out so fun it deserves its own post. banana bread flights are the easiest and tastiest thing to make i could live off of them fr. the reason this doesn't get a 5 star rating is well. i unfortunately omitted sugar on accident 😭 which flavor wise didn't effect much, since i had added a bit of agave to the bananas at the beginning. but in baking typically sugar is also structurally necessary so the texture of these isn't quite what it could be sadly but they still taste preeeetty damn good !! ㅤㅤㅤthe flavors i did were carrot cake, espresso chocolate chip, cinnamon sugar topped, raspberry cheesecake, choconut, and one chocolate and peanut butter one that i'm excited to try later. the espresso chocolate chip smelled too good for me to save it i gobbled it up almost seconds after taking out of the oven and immediately wished i had made a second one haha. the base recipe i used was by foodwishes, but the concept of a banana bread flight i took inspiration from bakingwithyuka !
