this anime got me in SHAMBLES. this is absolute cinema you can nawt tell me otherwise.,,. i was lowkey surprised i even watched these because this usually isn't the type that i would watch but it geneuinely got my heart crazy. the plot goes WILD and it's literally the epitome of the perfect revenge.. personally,, i HAVE to put this one on the top of my list out of every show i've watched. though i wouldn't say it's for everyone because it's highkenuinely crazy and the violence goes insane cuz every scene its just Gunshots and a Blood bath but as someone who hates that stuff to the core,, take this as a sign because i enjoyed it so much. lowk i can't blame anyone either if they would find it boring or something,, i just think you rlly have to put ur thinking caps on for this one. ANYWAY SINCE I REALLY LIKE THIS i'm gonna jot down the scenes that i found insane. 1. angelo killing corteo. - LIKE WHAT. THE. HELL. like yeah corteo was the one betraying nero and stuff but he did it for the sake that it would get avilio out of this hellhole of murders,, not knowing that he actually ended up fumbling his friend's plan a bit but huhu.., avilio still tried his best to get him out but honestly for WHAT. at the end of the day barbara becomes the asshole he is and had to say something about avilio's moves.,, leading to corteo to come back to the scene and being exposed then and there,,. what got me. the most. was when NERO the evil ass he is,, Handed the gun to avilio,.,. making him kill his friend,, no. .. BROTHER. which is so fricking foul because corteo was legit the only family he had left AND HE'S THE ONE KILLINF HIM BC IF HE WOULDNT THEN THEY BOTH WOULD GET KILLED. and corteo just sat there accepting his fate bc he,,. wanted,. his.. brother to finish his revengem,m,., im gen about to cry THATS ALSO THE FIRST TIME AVILIO EVER CRIED IN THE SHOW. after he fired he lost his life. it was over. he gone MAD. 2. avilio killing the entirety of the vanetti family EXCEPT nero - i was confused at first during this part because,,, my bro,,, ur enemy is right THERE. BESIDE YOU. GIGGLING AND EVERYTHING. but after awhile i realized that it was part of his plan for revenge. he wanted nero to feel what he has been feeling the past 7 years,, of your family being killed. not killed by just anyone, but someone who was close to you (from the very start, both avilio and nero developed some sort of friendship rather than just silly business,, all while avilio knew nero was one of the people who killed his family. being with nero after the vanetti's got took down basically mirrors the whole show,, letting nero sit in his shoes) this was peak. though i've also heard,, at the very end,, avilio also said he didn't kill nero because he COULDN'T kill him. i think this also showed that nero,, waz sadly,, the only one he got left in his life. genuinely no one else. and that's what got me 3. nero pulling the trigger on avilio. (or did he..) - I WAS RUNNING LAPS AROUNF THE ROOM WITH MY JAW ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE OF THIS ONE BC. WHAT. no one understands omfg this scene literally holds more than you think. you probs think this is just some "lol ofc he's gonna kill him he killed his family dafrek. iz on avilio for not killing him first" but HEAR ME OUT. ok we never know if avilio is dead or if he just shot da sea or whatever but ME i think he's dead. and it's part of his plan. BECAUSE BECAUSE yes though people think it's because nero finally let him rest in peace after everything bc he basically has no more reason to live,, i also think that avilio let nero kill him for him to ACTUALLY feel how to live like a ghost with.. nothing anymore other than pain. with what avilio was feeling about nero, i think he felt that too which honestly is OUCH (i still hate that guy don't get me wrong) AND And NOT ONLY THAT. THIS SCENE ALSO RECREATES THE PART WHERE avilio kills corteo,, ITS THE SAME THING.
