Obsessed with this song for a while now, ever since I heard it in the movie. It’s sooooo good — the melody, the lyrics! Favourite thing is the timbre of the female vocalist who sounds like she is screaming and crying her heart out. That’s put in juxtaposition with the male vocalist who sounds like he’s speaking through an analog phone, just as desperate and similar in their desperation but the only point of difference is that while the woman accepts her fate with vehemence, the man accepts his with a resigned hopelessness. Made a video edit of satosugu with this song as well cause I felt it suited them aaa. Just perfection.
