I just found the most wholesome romance called A Sign of Affection and you absolutely have to check it out. It is the definition of a "green flag" relationship! 🥺 The story follows Yuki a deaf college student whose world is pretty quiet and small. One day on a train, she gets helped out by Itsuomi an upperclassman who backpacks around the world and speaks multiple languages. Instead of being awkward or treating her differently because she's deaf he’s totally captivated by her and immediately starts learning sign language so he can enter her world. It's a super sweet, healthy and incredibly refreshing romance. Oushi: Yuki’s childhood friend. He knows sign language but is super overprotective and definitely has a crush on her. which brings some fun tension when Itsuomi comes into the picture.
