A group of people get stuck in a farmhouse and have to survive the night while being hunted by a bunch of slow, brainless zombies. Simple setup, but it works so well. The plot is super direct, no messing around, just straight to the point. Like, within the first 5–7 minutes the characters are already getting chased by zombies without even knowing what’s going on WKWK. But honestly, that’s what makes it so fun. This is basically the OG zombie movies, back when the term 'zombie' wasn’t even really a thing yet in the ‘60s. So yeah, don’t come in expecting polished cinematography, smooth camera work, or perfect sound design. It’s rough around the edges, but that’s part of the charm. It’s a total cult classic. The way the zombies move is both creepy and kinda funny, and the characters make decisions that are frustrating but super memorable. The dramatic soundtrack just makes everything feel even more intense (and a bit over-the-top in a good way🤣). Honestly, this is such a FUN watch. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for classic horror, as long as you don’t mind black-and-white visuals hahaha🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️🧟
