I've been wanting to read this for so long but Webtoon is SO stingy with this manhwa for some reason TT anyways I rediscovered it on a trusted site and I'm vvvv happy about that. the humour is top-notch. the mystery plotpoint is done SO well. and I love FL so so much. the ending was haphazard tho (a GODDESS???? where tf did THAT come from), but the rest of the story more than makes up for it. ML also seems to be struggling a little before FL arrives (in spite of what the story's TELLING us, this is what was being SHOWED instead), because FL has to do a bunch of things that should have been ML's job the moment he became Duke. and yet he had absolutely no idea about the things going on under his very nose. how do you expect somebody like this to be a good ruler? moving on, the thing this manhwa does best? romance. truly marvelous romantic scenes. (spoiler alert?) there's a scene where ML sees FL's naked body, and I kid you not, I did NOT think a scene like that could be this fucking romantic. they don't do anything in that scene, ML just watches with reverent eyes and says the most toe-curling lines in the entirety of manhwaverse. who knew this idiot man could say things like THAT?
