Does becoming an adult feel like an anticlimax to anyone out here? Growing up being an adult sounded like peak human experience, like suddenly everything would be in vivid colour and full of understanding of the big picture. A time when everything would start to make sense? Or did I just need a mental escape from the dysfunctional childhood so I created a "grass is greener" outlook to survive? 🫤
