I shut my laptop off after finishing the last episode, so I’m going to be spilling all that is in my mind from yesterday night when I started up until now. I cried with the last 3 minutes of the last episode. One of the many messages of this season is that sometimes we build an expectation in our minds of what we are supposed to “feel” in order to take action towards something. In reality, we only need to feel. That’s it. Life is about feeling, enjoying the little things, question everything around you but always taking it with a little pinch of salt. A soulmate is someone that is your partner, who hold you accountable to your actions but always sees and treats you in the best light. I loved Joanne and Noah this season, they felt so real.

El mejor libro para y de la vida.

I love this movie. The fact that we, as humans, only when something finally snaps inside of us or that feeling that has been locked up breaks out, finally recognize that our identity and source of fulfillment is not tied to your career, your spouse, or any other material label but rather how you eat, how you behave towards others, your connection to your inner self and the spiritual world. We are more than what meets the eye. This is always a classic to me and it speaks to me in many different seasons of my life.

I played golf for the first time today. Had a LOT of fun. Talked so many interesting and banal topics.

Had broiled stuffed flounder with french fries today with a friend. First time going to this seafood place and it was good!

This is the quickest lunch box I’ve put together because I was running late for work 😭 Leftovers wings from yesterday, kimchi, and a quick green salad with avocado :)

Today’s lunch box was teriyaki tofu and roasted zucchini, butternut squash and potatoes mixed with herbs. It was my first time making this and it was delicious. Next time, I will tweak a little the herbs proportions.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at ‘Le Petite Grocery’ this past Sunday. It was delicious, service was phenomenal and the whole restaurant ambient was exquisite.

Went out with my family to this place called Fausto’s, an Italian cuisine restaurant. It was delicious!

The soy garlic wings were my favorite! The gochujang sauce were good as well. I didn’t order soju but I was really tempted :)
