I attempted to take a break from writing/doing anything with my book today but it isn't working to well :( Every time I'm not working on something I feel like I'm wasting my time °-°

This is one of my favorite horror movies. ALSO I LOOOVE MARTY <3 It also inspired a story I'm currently writing :3

I was finally motivated to write some today... but then I kept getting interrupted by family 🥲 Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to motivate myself again

I finally found the motivation to write a little more :D I'm slowly but surely making progress on this dang story

I wrote some more today and updated the CharacterHub profiles I made for the characters. I'm halfway done with this draft and can't wait to finish it :D Also I'm still watching MHA and have almost finished the second season

I made a moodboard for my OC, Bailey. I plan on making more, but probably some time after the holidays since I'll be busy. Also, I made this in the Fortelling app, which I heavily recommend using if you write <3

Y'all this app is sooo good. If you're a writer, I highly recommend using this app to keep track of your characters, places, objects, species, etc. I use this app for pretty much all of my projects and have LOVED it. The only downside is that you have to pay to use it on desktop, but it's still a great app even without the paid stuff :D

This book is so much fun and has inspired me for a writing project I've been working on for a year! :D

This is SUCH a good website to keep track of character! There are so many details you can add to character profiles and such amazing artists on there <3 The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because you can't customize the story world profiles nearly half as much as you can the character profiles. Despite this, it's still a great website and I 100% recommend it for anyone who have tons of OCs they need to keep track of :D

I finallyyyy completed the first chapter to an older writing project I've been kindaaa reworking since my writing style has changed a little bit since then. I haven't like, eleven more chapters to redo before I get to part where I got stuck and didn't know how to continue the story. I'm reeeeally hoping to do some brainstorming because I do have a basic idea of what I want to happen, it's just the filler stuff and figuring out the details that I'm figuring out. Also there's a specific scene that I have no idea how to write because it includes sh and idk how to just casually mention that the character has this habit without seeming like... cheesy in a way? Idk, I gotta work on it a little more I guess.

I'm finally working on a map for one of my bigger writing projects! I started out by drawing it physically (using popcorn kernels to help make the shape of the land more random/natural). I then used my mom's printer to scan it piece by piece before putting it together digitally. Now I can plan locations and stuff without potentially messing up the map! :D

I've been going over every document for my Dragon writing project–just making sure everything is correct and up-to-date. I also plan on working on this more tomorrow :)

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS MOVIE!!! I watched this when I was younger and absolutely fell in love <3 I love the way Leslie constantly challenges Jesse to keep his imagination open. As a kid I never noticed her arm coverings until I saw a comment on tiktok mentioning it. Idk if it was intended to hint at self harm–but it definitely makes her easier to relate to. THE ENDING TORE ME APARTTT, I remember being in disbelief the first time I watched it :( Though, I am glad it didn't end with them becoming lovers. I didn't realize Josh Hutcherson was in this until I watched it again lol. Also, this gave me inspiration for a writing project that I've been working on recently

Y'all, I actually finished a story!! It's a oneshot of 1,043 words. I got the prompt from Tumblr and really enjoyed writing for it. The story is about a forgotten deity who shows up at a man's apartment after their temple got bulldozed–asking to live with him. Despite this only being a oneshot, I'm actually really interested in making this an actual multi-chapter story. I already have ideas for the characters–especially the deity.
