Supposedly this was the series that inspired Dune, which inspired Star Wars, which inspired a huge chunk of mainstream Sci-Fi. Kinda makes sense since it’s written by Issac Asimov~ 👌 The world-building and graphics are probably the best parts of the show, u can tell Apple spared no expense when it came to the visuals, everything from the costumes, props to the CGI sceneries looked exquisite and meticulous. The various leads mostly had purdy good screen presence and charisma, chemistry, not so much. 🤷‍♂️ The intersecting plot lines can get convoluted at times, but overall a top shelf production and a great watch~ 👍 Looking forward to season 3! *the concept using psychohistory to predict events unfolding 30,000+ years into the future is quite intriguing 🤔

First half of the season were mostly outlandish, extravagant and satisfying wacky revenge cons. 😄 2nd half sudden tonal shift to chicken soup for da soul, healing for the villain type cons. 🥲 (Maybe so the audience won’t get bored with just the revenge theme?) Overall, a purdy engaging cozy fun watch, will leave a warm fuzzy aftertaste in yo heart. *the finale scam within a scam within another scam was amazing! 😲

Korean lady John Wick, loved the assassin worldbuilding, a lil mo realistic and 'down to earth' (almost like idol training camps) compared to John Wick's flashy bigger than life constructs. the 'kill moves visualizations' were chef's mwah 😍, don't think i've ever seen this portrayed in this manner anywhere else. rly showcases how professionals brains work (it could be applied to almost any situation, interaction, convos, purdy much chess of life?) the dingy bar / assassins freennns hangout fight was IMPRESSIVE~ 👍 *is the daughter gonna become a prodigy assassin too? watching Mantis next heh~ (Mantis was a letdown sigh~)

Ok so first they did the boring reboot with Dexter and his psycho son, next was the Young Sheldon version reboot with high school Dexter and his clumsy beginner killings. Now we get the ‘official’ reboot with og Dexter coming back from the ded, again, Loll. They rly milking the shit outta dis IP~ 😆 that being said, this was the best reboot, by a mile. the familiar cereal killer formula is back, plus A TON OF BIG CASTS (tho most ded ded by end of season, too expensive to keep them on as recurring characters i assume loll) 😄 let's see, we got Tyrion Lannister, Kill Bill, Jessica Jones, Barney (from HIMYM), and that Polka-Dot guy from Suicide Squad~ show's quite engaging, easily binged, and satisfying like the og series. they got greenlit fo season 2, can't wait~ 👍

Pleasantly surprised, purdy competent action and swordplay, straightforward revenge plot, sorta a textbook classic bounty hunter western actually but with Wusha / Zatoichi flavors. A satisfying fun ride. 😀

This is made for fans of the og ALIENS franchise, specifically Aliens2 (we all know that’s the best one, cuz, James Cameron loll) 😍 It’s got all the best nostalgia triggers: the dark creepy space corridors, sudden hissing steam vents, loud blaring klaxons, automated emergency broadcast warnings of reactor going critical, the alien eggs, the face huggers, big ass flame throwers that light up the entire hallway, sentry guns, green acid blood, gyro-arm assisted smartguns, HR Giger skeletal walls, explosions everywhere~~~ and so much moooo~~ Last but not least, the iconic M41A pulse rifle’s satisfying pewpew brrrbrrrrtttatatatataa (and the gun’s purdy reliable in game too, not super op by any means but steady as a rock) And the other iconic motion tracker pinging sound effect as the aliens swarms yo ass~ This is about as close as u can get to experience pewpewing Xenomorphs as a colonial space marine heh. 👌

Probably one of the most formidable and competent (and recklessly petty) live action iterations of Lex Luthor I’ve seen~ the ragebait monkeys loll Ayyee, Hawkgirl is Dina from Last of Us season 2! (gf was like nawwwww, oh wait) Great effects, many on brand James Gunn chuckles, the super energetic puppy lolll~ overall a good mindless (albeit somewhat forgetful) fun watch. But ma bar for superhero stuff these days is so low that as long as it doesn’t have overt identity politics virtue signaling, is semi decent and easy on the eyes, I consider it a masterpiece, um adjacent, heh. I still prefer Henry Cavill’s version of Superman tho. This version seems a lil too ‘relatable’, too human for ma taste. Superman’s supposed to be large than life, immovable, invincible, almost a Demi god like ideal. Not a flawed crisis of identity dude with relationship woes. Mr. Terrific’s balls and bowl haircut green middle finger Captain Reynolds were chefs mwah hehe. 😋 Party Supergirl with violent puppy combo gonna be a blast to watch, when she gets her own movie, like a car crash in slow motion lolll 🤣

Superb chemistry between Madam Web and Cap’n America and Mr. Fantastic. 👌 Also probably the first A24 film that didn’t stress me the fk out, a proper romcom with a modern happily ever after, she got both the love and the bread~ Good watch. *tho i can't help but wonder if she's actually compatible with Cap'n Murica long term. the way they navigate the world is quite different. she's calm and analytical, calculating and performs with grace under pressure. he's, well, NOT. 😅

they took everything good from the 1st game and gave us MOOOOOOOO~ mo lightsaber stances, mo action, mooo Jedi stuff! and there's even one where u can use a pistol! bigger badder setpieces and maps, epic cutscenes, fun enemies and addictive combat, JUST, chefs mwah! 😍 there's no other game out there that can offer u the experience of being a Jedi like dis. an offbeat lil precious gem, extremely charming and endearing. unique art style and color blends. it's 'Zootopia' meets 'Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel' (sprinkled with lil homages such as tiny cupboard doors where the supervisor'd pop out loll, oh and bascially the mall looks JUST like the Grand Budapest Hotel, from the outside) minus the murder, prison escape and scheming heh. all in all, super wholesome cuteness and charm overload, will leave u feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. 😍

adequate, competent enough, first and probably the best Shazam movie, so far. 2nd one was shit, on top of being tainted by Rachel 'Weird Weird' Zegler. Black Adam was, underwhelming. 🫤
