This one stayed with me long after I finished it. The pain, the betrayal, the way everything falls apart, it felt so real. Rin is trying so hard to find her place and every step forward costs her something. I kept hoping things would get better for her but the world she lives in is cruel and complicated. The writing is sharp and emotional and it never lets you go. I still think about the choices she made and how much she lost. It was beautiful and brutal.
