I'm trying new excersizes because I do 2 leg days a week and Idk if doing the same excersize is the right move but I think I hurt my back instead because I was trying to force it when I know I have stability issues maybe I need to work on hip mobility and my stability issues but the problem is if I wanna go to a physical therapist the nearesr appointment would be in a half a year
