WHAT A FUCKING ALBUM!!! I absolutely adore this album about a hotel on the moon. it's slick and funny and vibey and I keep coming back to these songs. the ultracheese might be one of my favorite songs of all time.
it stays between us, Steinway, and his sons cause it's the ultracheese

A Hard Day's Night (Remastered)
listening to the beatles discography loosely in order. this is a solid pop rock album but just isn't as good as their later stuff to me
4
Getting Killed
can't stop coming back to this one.
1
Notes On A Conditional Form
one of my favorite albums of all time! I love the spanning of genres and musical styles, the honest lyrics about mental health, love, and true friendship. noacf means everything to me.
With The Beatles (Remastered)
I feel like a good chunk of the Across the Universe soundtrack comes from this album my fav song from this is a smokey robinson cover and he does it better. par for the course with white artists in this time.
Please Please Me (Remastered)
had some classics but definitely not my favorite Beatles record. fav track: love me do
3
Somewhere Back in Time - The Best of 1980-1989
solid collection! I bought this CD in high school and probably haven't listened to it in a decade but it was nice to revisit it today. all my favorites are here and Hallowed Be Thy Name is my absolute favorite. I did hear something in Bruce's voice though that really made me start longing for a Hugh Jackman cover of Children of the Damned 😅

More Than You Think You Are
Listening to all my middle and high school CDs 2026 I saw Matchbox 20 on the tour for this album at RVU. This is the last album I really loved by them and it still holds up for me in a lot of ways. Fav tracks: Downfall, Cold
Help! (Remastered)
this one is okay to me. I like the previous record from them a bit more. you've got the hide your love away is a PHENOMENAL track, though
Live at the Royal Albert Hall
I don't understand why they chose to split the two discs the way they did but I'll be the first to tell you, this album got me through the first couple of years of the pandemic. I missed live music so bad I was turning into one of those dads who puts concerts on the TV after one drink. 😭
Jersey Beat: The Music Of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons
so many favorites on this collection but it also contains the worst cover I've ever heard in my life (Bob Dylan's Don't Think Twice, It's Alright)
When Your Heart Stops Beating
this filled a void for me when there wasn't a Blink 182 for a time. I remember buying it at the mall in Washington DC with my friend when it came out.
Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid (Soundtrack From The Motion Picture)
very vibey and also has knockin on heavens door (classic) picked this up used from the record store for a steal
Fragments - Time Out of Mind Sessions (1996-1997): The Bootleg Series, Vol. 17
STUNNING! of course make you feel my love is classic but Standing in the Doorway and Not Dark Yet really stand out too.
6
AM
classic iconic but not I've heard it so much it might not even be in my top 5 monkeys albums.
This Place Will Become Your Tomb
this is their best album!! drums so good!!!! lyrics so heartbreaking!!!
put this on again because I upgraded my turntable and wanted to hear Cameron Winter scream "there's a bomb in my car" on it
7
Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits Volume II
many greatest hits actually don't recommend when you've been drinking bc the harmonica on All Along the Watchtower is a lot but I know sober me eats that song up.
Revolver (Remastered)
my fav Beatles album I think
Warped 2008 Tour Compilation
such a time capsule. good songs and also REALLY BAD stuff
LUX
one of my favorite 2025 releases I love the richness and complexity of the music. there's always something to latch onto whether you know all the lyrics or not. there are things happening here melodically that make me smile every time I hear them
Live From Gorilla
nostalgia is a SICKNESS
Del Water Gap
finally picked this up on CD at the show last night. I think this might be his best album and I think I'll be playing it on repeat the next few days.
immediately needed to listen again 😅
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Remastered)
this one is fun
Awake The Best Of Live
I listened to this all the time in hs because so many lyrics spoke to me. I feel the same now honestly.
how to live / it is what it is
SO glad I snagged this at the show. the b side is exclusive to this pressing and it's incredible!!
The Peace And The Panic
this one is a good time. this is neck deep at their peak, I think
Humbug
everyone hates on this album but it isn't deserved. the melodies on the jeweller's hands alone are genius
The Beatles (Remastered)
controversial, I know. while there are some classics on this album (Blackbird, Revolution, Happiness is a Warm Gun) overall it feels bloated and that final stretch particularly just isn't that enjoyable.
Dookie
my dad bought this when I was in middle school because he thought he would like it but then he didn't so he gave it to me. I didn't listen to it a ton then but over time I did. still super nostalgic!
Warped Tour 2007 Compilation
solid I don't really think I want to keep CDs where I'm not going to listen to them as a whole piece but I have strong memories attached to getting these every year so idk what I'll do 🤷♀️ i have the space for now but they'd be first on the chopping block
A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships
impeccable pop album about the relationships we have with each as facilitated through the internet. it's sad and fun and dancey and mellow but still feels cohesive. fav tracks: how to draw / peteichor love it if we made it I like America and America likes me mine I couldn't be more in love
Magical Mystery Tour (Remastered)
🤷♀️
VII: Sturm Und Drang (Deluxe Edition)
GREAT SHIT I remember how exciting it was to have new LoG music after Randy was released from the Czech Republic. this was probably the last LoG album I was really into and it still holds up over 10 years later.
Waking The Fallen: Resurrected
the album itself is very good - one of if not my favorite from this band but the additional disc with the demos and live performances just isn’t enjoyable to listen to as a whole project. it gets repetitive. it is nice to her Jimmy again, though
Suck It and See
probably my second favorite Arctic Monkeys album love is a laserquest is a perfect song
Yellow Submarine (Remastered)
all together now + hey bulldog are so fun to sing along to the instrumentals are great too!
Even In Arcadia
not my favorite sleep token album by any stretch of the imagination but Gethsemane and Infinite Baths are so absolutely stunning.
Underclass Hero
I LOVED this album when it first came out. I wrote a paper in hs comparing some characters in The Crucible to this album which is so funny to me.
Abbey Road (Remastered)
this might be my second fav Beatles album. the first half is stacked with hits (I love octopus’s garden I’m sorry!) and it’s fun to sing along to
Let It Be (Remastered)
nearly perfect. my favorite Beatles album! get back is the perfect closer
Greatest Hits Volume One - The Singles
okay maybe you think it’s corny but I literally don’t care. the songs are fun and nostalgic
I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it
probably my second favorite 1975 album it was really pivotal to me when I was experiencing grief and trying to move through it while also unpacking how religion impacted that process. absolutely stunning
Warped Tour Compilation 2005
best one honestly but probably only because its my most played
Blonde On Blonde
he's a genius, y'all the significance of putting out an album that sounds like this right after everyone was mad at him for going electric can't be overstated. there's a great essay by Aaron Cohen in the liner notes of my record and it places this album not only in the context of Dylan's career but also alongside what was happening in the US at the time. it made me appreciate this even more.
Uprooted
got this demo of Daughtry's first band via some family friends (we're from the same small town) solid stuff and his voice has always been good
The 1975
the first 1975 song I ever heard was "girls" and I hated it so much I did everything I could to avoid the band for YEARS. years later I listened to their entire discography in one night and realized I was WRONG! menswear is iconic
Past Masters (Vols. 1 & 2 / Remastered)
finished the beatles discography! I have nothing else to say!
Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not
this album is the embodiment of Saturday night
The Pick Of Destiny
I was obsessed with Jack Black in highschool so my dad bought me this soundtrack for Christmas. my mom also watched this movie with the girls at my birthday sleepover the next year and gave me a lecture about doing drugs.
Continuum
I was thinking "wow this album holds up" but then I was reminded of the Jimi Hendrix cover and realized I was mistaken.
Proper Dose
one of my favorite albums of all time. I listened to it almost every day while I was in grad school.
Heavier Things
wheel is one of the best songs in John Mayer's entire catalog. there are a lot of really great songs on this album. unfortunately, Daughters is also there.
A Lesson In Romantics
oh to be young and sad
Nevermind (Remastered)
ICONIC UNMATCHED I broke my jewel case for this CD and bought a replacement from dollar tree except the case is hot pink so it looks crazy
Stardew Valley (Original Game Soundtrack)
if you want something to put on while you're reading, this is the one!
Hot Fuss
this one really holds up. his voice is incredible. the songs are fun. if you haven't heard this in a while in full, please to listen to it.
Vices & Virtues
this is their best album so sorry to the rest of them!
From The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah (Live)
this is fine but when I'm adding a live album to my collection there's a certain indescribable quality I'm looking for that this doesn't have. I want to feel like I really want to be at that show and that everyone is having fun. I've had this CD since I was a kid but I think I can let it go
Songs Of The Fabulous Fifties
perfect to put on while reading or playing a board game honestly
Songs Of The Soaring '60s
another good reading soundtrack!
Wicked: The Soundtrack
my brother got me this for Christmas and it was fun to listen to with him and play a board game
Wicked: For Good – The Soundtrack
the second half has never been as good as the first but it's still enjoyable to listen to. listened to this record while reading some Nancy comics
NEVER ENOUGH
this album is a GOOD TIME. just really vibey. (also turnstile aren't industry plants stop saying that lol)
I Want To Disappear In The USA
The Story So Far is one of those bands that truly get better and better with every release. when I think they can't top themselves, here they go. do me and yourselves a favor and go listen to the song Jump the Gun right now!
I Want To Disappear
i played Big Blind when that single released like 15 times in one day.
Born To Run
this album makes me want to dance. my partner got my this for Christmas and I'll always have this in my collection
Nebraska
this is his best album I'M SORRY! the second Atlantic City starts I'm crying.
this is their worst album but their worst is better than a lot of bands' best especially in their genre 🤷♀️ favs: look to windward emergence caramel even in arcadia Gethsemane infinite baths
Take Me Back To Eden
I really like the journey of this album. favs: Vore****** ascensionism rain euclid

DON'T TAP THE GLASS
picked this up at a record show today I think this is just a lot of fun and danceable.
Blind Willie McTell - Studio Outtake - 1983
I picked up a 7" today with take 1 and take 5 of this on it. the evolution between those takes is fascinating to see. I'm really glad the bootleg series exists because I love getting to hear a bit of Dylan's process.
Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits
good place to start with Dylan. picked up a used copy at the record show yesterday
Nashville Skyline
finally picked this record up with the money I got from selling my old record player. I just think this album is perfect.
