ㅤ٠࣪⭑ 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌'𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒖 ⋆ ㅤㅤㅤ✶ cold brewed tulsi, hibiscus, and oat ㅤㅤㅤㅤ straw tea ㅤㅤㅤ✶ mini strawberry cheesecake muffins ㅤㅤㅤ✶ broccoli, egg, and sausage breakfast ㅤㅤㅤㅤ sandwiches ㅤㅤㅤ✶ mediterranean inspired burger salad ㅤㅤㅤ✶ once again more pbj&h sandwiches ㅤㅤㅤ✶ snack rotation: ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• chips ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• purple grapes ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• walnuts & hazelnuts ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• ritz crackers ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• pinenut hummus ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• if anyone has any snack ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤreccomendations please comment 🙏 ㅤ┈ᯓ𖹭 i thought i would have one more normal week at work but they sprung an additional week of overtime schedule on with 2 whole days of warning ! so this meal prep is a miracle in the making because i unexpectedly have so much going on and zero time for myself, i love my job 😍 ㅤㅤthe bright side of this meal prep is that my freezer is now jaaaaam packed so hopefully i will be able to use up all of that this month instead of ordering out like i did last peak season. i feel like a bear in hibernation finally eating my stores ʕ-•-ʔ ㅤㅤi started this out pretty much the same as last week. pbj&hs, salad, and tea. but i switched up the kind of salad and threw in some muffins to try and keep it flavorly interesting. i read an article recently that mentioned eating the same thing every day is good for weight loss too so i can say this is just part of my weight loss journey, not that i'm just extremely lazy and only know how to make 3 things. ㅤㅤthe most time consuming part of this prep was definitely the breakfast sandwiches. i definitely should've just baked the eggs but i feel like they get all watery and spongey baked so i did it the hard way in circular tins on the stove. which ended up being pointless because i had one of these this morning and the egg was still watery and spongey when i reheated it so clearly my recipe could use some further testing. despite the textures though the flavor was great. next time i'm gonna add green onions to the eggs 🙏 ㅤㅤㅤthe salad for this week is probably among the best i've made. it started as me trying to copy the 'jennifer aniston salad' but upon further research, jennifer aniston never even ate this salad so i have no idea who's salad i'm eating this week but it tastes incredible ! the original salad has no meat but i knew in my soul that it would go good with some meatballs so i added some sage pork and beef meatballs to them and it was the perfect addition. i also have decided that when in doubt just adding every single marinated and pickled thing in my fridge can genuinely never steer me wrong. the only thing i haven't quite nailed down with my salad game so far is how to make a good dressing. i feel so barbaric just dousing things in olive oil and lemon juice and it doesn't even really taste that good but i just don't know how to do anything else <//3 seeking salad dressing reccs, i'll even take store bought 🙏
