A surprising film from start to finish with plenty of gore but, above all, justice. Linda finds herself in a singular position, stranded on an island in the middle of the ocean after the plane she was traveling in with her new boss crashes—right after he denied her the promotion she had been promised. Now, she and her boss must survive in the middle of nowhere. With a tone that isn't fully defined, the film oscillates between black comedy and horror. Rachel McAdams stands out in a role quite different from her usual work, and she delivers a brilliant performance. You definitely don't come here to be bored; quite the opposite. It is highly entertaining and provides a great level of catharsis. Highly recommended.
