I left the house today after a long long time. the world changes every time I step out, since I don't step out at all lol. so every trip outside feels like a brand new adventure. there are new eateries everywhere, right outside my building there's a brand new flower shop, and the only autos running are fully battery-powered. but one thing hasn't changed at all: the bougainvillea trees. the lovely pinks and whites of the bougainvillea are just as inviting as I remember them. the bounty of spring is flowering, heralding the entrance of my favourite season once again. may I have the ability to step out and bask in the lovely spring breeze more often by next bougainvillea season. amen.
