Even without being an avid fan or even regularly listening to his music, I truly enjoyed this documentary/concert film of one of the greatest icons in music—a true vocal virtuoso. Additionally, Baz Luhrmann’s distinct direction and editing go a long way in heightening the emotions on the big screen. I also have to highlight the sound quality at the Cinemex IMAX in Parque Delta in Mexico City; it’s truly spectacular and sets a very high bar for projections in this particular theater. With cheers and standing ovations for the King of Rock 'n' Roll, EPiC lives up to its name. Highly recommended.
