The train scene in the first episode already set the tone. It felt intimate and lingering, like the story was quietly asking you to pay attention.
One detail I absolutely loved was the visual storytelling in the early episodes. In wide shots, Mu Hee is almost always shown walking or running toward the other end, while Ho Jin stays behind, watching her leave. Then, in the final scene with Ho Jin and Ji Su, Ho Jin finally walks in the same direction Mu Hee was always shown going. That parallel alone says so much without a single line of dialogue.
The symbolism throughout the series, the train, the clover, the auroras, was beautifully written and thoughtfully placed. Nothing felt random; everything carried meaning and emotional weight.
I also appreciated how the show gave proper closure to most of the characters. The ending didn’t feel rushed or forced. It was heartfelt, satisfying, and emotionally grounded.
Most importantly, the plot itself was strong. Do Ra Mi was absolutely necessary and truly became the emotional and narrative focus of the series. Her presence tied everything together.
And finally, casting Youn Jung and Seon Ho was 100% the right move. Their chemistry and emotional delivery elevated the story even more.
This drama was beautiful, intentional, and deeply moving.
