such a fun game when you don’t think about how much money the packs are but MODS!!! my life was changed when i figured out how to download them. but good god EA is greedy as hell.

saw this recommended to people who aren’t able to get the new tomodachi life game, as it is veryyyy similar, both being life simulation games. but they have some major differences. however, for being a free game, the game itself is super fun and the customization is (dare i say, a lot more inclusive than the first tomodachi life)!!! they even have a wheelchair option!!! you can make your villagers different species as well. genders and attractions are super inclusive as well as pronouns!! you can also make your villagers super unique and they have an ‘animal crossing’ like system where villagers can pop up on your island and you can decide if you let them stay or not. you really have a huge amount of customization available to you! one thing that does irk me a little is the changes of art styles within the game, but that’s a me thing and much less a fault of the game. definitely worth the time if you’re curious about it and i’m super excited to see where development goes!!

guys… i’m lowkey ass at this game.. which hurts my heart and soul bc i love everything about it. i just can’t play it 😭😭😭 the whole game screams early 2000s and i get nostalgia for a time i wasn’t even alive for. the box art is such a masterpiece. i wish i was born in the 1990s so i could’ve experienced this game in full but alas,, here i am checks watch 28 YEARS LATER????? finally playing it. got it on steam with sonic adventure 2 for like 10 bucks last summer and i have yet to reopen the game because im stuck in station square WHERE IS THE SEWER I STG also the controls on my computer are super janky and makes me suck even more. i giggle everytime at the walk and talk animations they’re so funny to me. (top ten reasons sonic is sorry, number five will surprise you!) my kitty watching my play last summer 🔽

GUYS??? HELLO??? my mom surprised me with it after pilates and i’m so so so happy to finally have the full game (def not worth the $60 tho,,, pirate if u want nintendo dgaf) i’ve seen a lot of people say it’s boring once you get all the items but it’s like… you’re not having fun with your islanders???? though i do get it to some extent. my main criticism is there feels like there is a lack of “drama” or personality behind the characters. and also i literally cannot figure out what to make them say sometimes. i hope nintendo adds stuff in the future like they did with acnh but other than that, this is literally everything ive ever wanted in a game. the changes they made from the old games (like removing the theatre) really dont make difference to me because there’s more than a couple ways to entertain yourself. i think this game has a fair level of deserved criticism, but also has some major improvements. like??? hello??? just being able to see them walk around outside their houses?? and the island editing ability??? love that you don’t have to work for it like in acnh had to make my goat sonic 🙏🙏🙏 (im not spending 40 hours on a mii im sorry they’re all going to be humans) (they’re also all lesbians)
