ocean vuong can create characters that feel so real. they feel like people you know and I got so invested in their lives throughout the course of this book. my heart broke for them over and over and the ending DESTROYED me. I miss Sony and Hai and Grazina and BJ and Russia and Wayne and Maureen already.

Longest Dodge ram commercial I've ever seen Okay it's a genuinely okay movie. Not great and memorable but not so bad I ever wanted to turn it off.

If you have only seen the trailer, this movie is a lot more than what the trailer is. Incredible way of using humor to critique capitalism and fashion and propaganda.

Maybe this says something about me but all the reviews rating this low because the MC is unlikable are baffling because I didn't find her to be unlikable at all (also I think that being the only reason to rate anything low is a little boring).

netflix docs are so surface level with no real interrogation and so the whole thing feels pointless

probably my favorite Adam Sandler every time I rewatch one of his movies though I realize how unfunny Rob Schneider is
