the ending got me crying... he kept his promise by saving both his wife and little pinny... though it was too bloody for my liking😰

watched this twice... scary? yeah. even my sis cried when we watched it. so many jumpscares and the built up tension? not bad. entertaining enough. but... just not my cup of tea.

ahh such a good movie😩 despite the fact that he's not her biological child, jiahao still takes care for his mother wholeheartedly (before he found out that he was adopted). he is also the one who takes the initiative to help his mother in many ways, even creating many new memories with her :((( he is INDEED a good child. when his brother refused to take care of their mother on the grounds that he's busy working, and his sister-in-law offered to send their mother to a nursing home, he refused. he chose to take time out of his busy schedule to take care of her and make her happy. also, learning from jiahao and david's relationship, we always know that it's important to have a supportive partner.

so fun to read & full of life lessons!

those people who started watching this series bcs of the 'cute' psycho? yeah. i'm one of them.

the plot twist is okay. i searched for thriller kdrama with 0 romance and found this... but i was disappointed after watching the whole series bcs there IS a romance in it🤡

gotta admit this is my comfort series, haven't found another one to replace it. waiting for s4🙂‍↕️ i absolutely love the characters, especially the mechanics lololol they're ones to keep this series fun and interesting for me. and i usually hate romance BUT THE ROMANTIC TENSION IN THIS SERIES HAS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY FOR YEARS (since s1), never felt this invested in a couple (if it can be put that way) before... like yeah i get it if it's a slow-burn, BUT 3 SEASONS??? the slow-burn is BURNING.

oh the amount of resentment i have for the mother. "i can raise him however i want. i'm his mother, after all. i gave birth to him. he's my flesh and blood. don't you get it? i gave him all the love a boy could ask for. i can raise my own child however i see fit. why is that a problem? he's my son." poor shuhei. aya : "you said you did it all by yourself. you shouldn't lie." shuhei : "why not? everything about my life has been wrong anyway. but is it wrong to love my mother?" ... still a good movie tho.

it's been a while since the last time i watched sony movies and I LOVE THE VISUAL AND THE ANIMATION SO MUCH BLESS MY EYES. i had a good time watching it!
