this was a really good prequel. god i feel so bad for Dorothy but espeically distraught for Aunt Em and Uncle Henry. I love it when authors provide backstories for villains and you’re able to understand the path that led them to disregarding their humanity. What’s even more interesting is that this prequel was released BEFORE the first main book was published. Oh I’d love to see this series as a TV show but Im sure hollywood has had enough of anything related to Oz now.
