I started reading I Dare You by Bongsoo and dai, and I'm enjoying it a lot so far. It reminds me of how kids were in my childhood, consuming the most grotesque content 'cause it's "cool." Subin is just like that. ! SPOILER ALERT ! Subin is an insecure pick me. She's in that phase girls, and young teens in general, typically have where she wants to be seen as different. Being called weird is a compliment to her because it sets her apart. The same goes for her being an art student. She's doing all these humiliation games, so her peers keep seeing her as this unbothered cool girl. However, she has now met her match: a truly unbothered girl who isn't affected by any of Subin and her friends' humiliation tactics.
