I want to rate this 3.1 or 3.2. It began as a dark comedy, then shifted to a crime thriller, and continued as chaos until the end. The ending particularly disappointed me because I was expecting stronger social commentary. (The Korean title of it roughly translates to "How to be a building owner in South Korea." Now, do you see the expectations it sets?) Nevertheless, the drama gets an above 3-star rating because I watch each drama at 50% (half) of its actual speed. It gives me enough time to watch actors' performances, read subtitles, and still have time to think. The downside is there aren't enough stories that can keep you engaged at half speed. This one succeeded, albeit with its shortcomings, and that's a win imo.

I feel like this part of ur review: "the ending particularly disappointed me because I was expecting stronger social commentary" can be applied to too many kdramas😭😭
