lowkey, a part of me was hoping he’d change his mind so i’m not totally mad at the situation. i just hate that my time was wasted and especially my effort because i drove an hour and fifty minutes to be disrespected and not even with a simple text, just the lack thereof. i truly don’t care if they changed their mind and didn’t want to see me or maybe it was cold feet; i care about the fact that it’s easy to text someone for ten seconds or pick up the phone and say a few words. he knew where i would be coming from and how much it takes to get to where he is. whatever. made a new friend out of a waitress who works at p.f. chang’s and she treated me to dessert after i told her about my woes. don’t worry, i also tipped her $20 cash that she gets to keep. two lychee martinis, crab wontons, garlic noodles, banana spring rolls with coconut pineapple ice cream. overall tasty, but might be a one and done for me. shoutout my girl. the last picture is basically what i looked like, but without my hair curled and i can’t imagine missing out on that. went to bijou in bellaire and i liked a lot about the menu. i wish i liked matcha more, but i went with vietnamese iced coffee drink and tiramisu.
