My favourite chilean album, love the sound of the synthesizers on instrumentals and the lyrics full of raw feeling. Jorge Gonzalez, in my opinion, is both a poet and a musical genius.

This one-shot is so good that I once explained the entire story to my mom. Fujimoto's art style and story writing are great. Also, I loved the protagonists and their development (both on their own and the relationship between them).

BMTH is my favourite band and watching this made me remember exactly why I adore them. Although it made me feel a bit sad as it's obviously not the same as attending a real concert, still, the audio and the visuals were incredible.

This one was peak. I loved the original series and refused to watch the movies for years, but this was incredible. The colours, all the dialogues and details, the story, it was all perfect. Loved it sm

LOVED IT. Characters are cute. Situations are funny. And I loved the psychological aspect. I can say Tsukumizu is my favourite mangaka.

Had to re-listen a *lot* of times to this one before I felt prepared to write a proper review. But I think Ghost Mountain returning to music is one of the best things that has happened ever (to me at least lol)! Since Apollon I have enjoyed almost everything he has released. Although he partially drifts away from the classical aggresive Haunted Mound sound; his angelic vocals and the witch-house, very Salem-inspired beats (shoutout to my favourite HM member, Oscar, for most of those) make his songs really enjoyable. October Country is not an exception to this, in fact, it's the most clear example of this. Incredible instrumentals, Ghost's voice sounds genuinely ethereal and I also loved his lyrics. My personal favourites are Kismet, Hover and Familiar Stranger, but I can't say any of the songs are bad at all, or even mildly disappointing. They're all fucking great. That being said, I hope Ghost Mountain performs in South America someday. Although it seems very much impossible, dreaming is cool. And you don't know how much money I'd spend to hear these songs live.

This is an album I heard in its full length in a live gig a few days ago. I didn't know anything about this band before hearing them in that occasion. But I was hooked. Their sound reminds me a lot of japanese shoegaze (well, they also played a toe cover on the gig, I think that says it all), which I enjoy a lot. It's also a bit more melodic and way calmer than most of the currently popular indie bands in the chilean scene, which I appreciate. Lyrically, they're also awesome, I love the melancholic feelings poured on the songs. There's even one dedicated to the lead singer's cat at the end of the album, which is an adorable detail.

A very emotional movie I watched instead of studying neuroscience. Absolutely loved how you get to know the different characters and their backstories.

I finally finished it! This one was a veeryy interesting watch. That ethical dilemma thing, I fuck with it a lot. Also characters were all awesome, I even liked the antagonist (some of his dialogues were peak). The second opening is in my playlist, too.

Must admit that the Internet and the viral 'Sleepyhead' brought me back to Passion Pit after a long time. But listening to it now, I thought it was so so good! Put it on while studying and the energy kept me in a good mood. I also loved some of the lyrics (a couple lines in Seaweed Song, for example, really hit me). A romantic, lovely mood, reminds me of holding my partner's hand and walking during the afternoon, feeling the moment with no worries. It feels both happy and peaceful.

Another anime I finished today! The animation is beautiful and I love Fujimoto's writing :) Each story had its own charm.

Reminds me of an angsty teenage boyhood I never had. They say it themselves, "real guitar music". Came back to this band after many years, and found out I love their current sound and overall vibe. Even interludes are awesome, adding to that whole nostalgic direction. Favourite song is "GUTS" for now, but my favourite songs on albums tend to fluctuate.

Been long since I've last posted here, but I've barely been able to listen to new stuff as uni has been lowkey crazy lately (finals are getting closer). I *needed* to post about this album, though. After doing some research about what happened to them, I felt sad and disgusted (although, if I recall correctly, the money from streaming goes to Valerie now, thank God). But their music is seriously magical and I can't help but feel extremely hooked to their dreampop-like sound... It's like, all I've listened to these past weeks.

When I say the visuals are beautiful here, I seriously mean it. This series made me feel like I was watching art on a museum. I've got to admit I didn't trust Netflix that much. I didn't think their work on anime would be that good. Well, after I read Studio Trigger on the opening, I knew at least the artwork was in good hands. Storywise, I also have nothing to criticize, even though it was a short, fast-paced story, it still managed to feel emotionally moving. If I had to find one flaw, maybe I'd say the ending felt a little predictable in some way to me? But, not really. Some aspects of it were still unexpected. Overall, I think this anime was kind of a masterpiece, and I'm glad I chose this one to binge-watch during my free week from college. Oh, and Lucy's design is seriously so cool, who came with such an idea? I kind of wish I could cosplay her.

Yes, I was into Tumblr culture back in the day. Yes, I still call her Marina and the Diamonds. And yes, I don't know what I was doing listening to Bubblegum B*tch when I was like 11. But this album is lowkey a masterpiece. 'Electra Heart' shows us life through the eyes of the character named the same way, while exploring female stereotypes through poetic lyrics. If you're a teenager I think this album is a phase you must go through lol, I'm an adult now but I remember crying to 'Teen Idle' back then. But I recommend this album to everyone really, adults or teenagers, men or women, can all enjoy the great lyrics, good instrumentals and catchy melodies of this album

It's been a while since the last time I spent money on a new videogame, but with this one, I had to. The new features on this game can let your creativity go wild, which is something I appreciate a lot. It's a silly and fun game you can play for hours, and I'm glad me and my partner bought it! The only thing I disliked about it is the addition of too much island customization features, which feel forced in my opinion, kind of like a rip-off from Animal Crossing: New Horizons (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, I have played that game for like, around 1000 hours since quarantine?) But the game is definitely worth it, for the funny interactions and many character customization options.

I think the last Marvel movie I watched before this one was in high school? But this one surprised me positively! Aesthetically pleasing, good music, good acting, the plot was very interesting. And I *loved* the antagonist (not going to say too much to avoid spoilers but story and character were so peak) I'm looking forward to watching more Spiderman movies on the future, and I think I'll catch up with others that I haven't seen, too. I see now why so many other trans men love these movies haha

Yet another anime I finished watching with my boyfriend today! Oh how I love cute characters in cute situations

Holy shit. Came across this album on a playlist full of post-hardcore, kind of swancore music. Was curious to see if this would have that early Dance Gavin Dance I've been so desperate to find in other non-DGD records. And this album lived up to my expectations! Vocals are awesome, and I loved it in general. Will come back to it soon, as it was a great study partner for my statistics work.
