historical yuri... slow burn... social class gap... slightly agnostic gf and religious gf dynamic... and the most important is THERE'S A LOT OF ANGST. definitely one of best gl to read! I just wished there were more chapters for both of Andrew and Herta as a couple 😔

this drama could've been perfect if the pace of political arc wasn't rush and cut some unnecessary dark-romance scenes from the second couple. still not fond of how they started to introduce new characters to know in the last 5 eps when it was crucial to the arc, which made me confused who is who. so, Lin'an arc is still the best and military arc being the second place of the best.

this made me feel like I was in my prime era again (didn't sleep all night because of reading and giggling) but GIRL I CRIED A LOT INSTEAD. there was some parts where I had to pause myself due to getting emotionally exhausted from reading how suffering the characters were and the plot were getting heavier. also the last few chapters completely broke me in the best possible way, so it was worth to read and sacrificed my sleep...

definisi anime bagus, se-bagus itu (serius), tapi ga enjoyable buat dinonton. plot twistnya keren sih, beneran ga kepikiran sampai ke sana pas salah satu karakternya bilang gini:

been searching for another isekai anime without the harem stuff and this one is actually pretty good to enjoy. the mc was just focused on his job as a pharmacist, and it's interesting to see his journey to introduce meds and science while dealing a lot of judgement because the society is basically centuries behind.
