It gives my brain that instant hit of dopamine I constantly crave, providing a gentle wave of accountability through "body doubling" that makes me feel like I am studying in a cozy cafe with friends rather than working alone. Plus, finishing a session rewards me with 'coffee beans' to buy cute outfits and emotes, which completely replaces my productivity guilt with pure joy and makes me actually look forward to checking off my to-do list!
