Ranger
책
Ranger by Dr. Rebecca Sharp is an exhilarating romance novel that captivated me from the start. This is an amazing book. I loved it! The story follows Sydney Ward, a bestselling romance novelist who moves to Wisdom, Wyoming, after a public scandal, where she meets her landlord, Ranger Reynolds, a genius with an awkward yet endearing charm. Their dynamic is compelling and full of tension, mixing romance with suspense and action in the most delightful way. I couldn’t put it down. I wanted to read it all day, every day! The writing style is fantastic, using the perfect balance of showing rather than telling, keeping me hooked throughout. Ranger, with his high IQ and caring nature, is a character that’s easy to fall in love with. His quiet strength and vulnerability made me root for him from the very first chapter. And the ending? Wow. It was so unexpected. Just when I thought I knew where the story was heading, the plot took an amazing twist that I didn’t see coming. Dr. Sharp’s storytelling kept me on the edge of my seat, and I can’t recommend this book enough for fans of romance and suspense. If you're a Criminal Minds fan, you will absolutely love Ranger. Especially if you're a fan of Dr. Spencer Reid. The character of Ranger Reynolds has a similar blend of intelligence, awkwardness, and endearing charm that makes Spencer Reid so beloved. Just like Reid, Ranger is a genius with a bit of social awkwardness, and his caring nature makes him an easy character to root for. If you’ve ever wished for a happy ending for Reid or a character like him, Ranger will give you that satisfaction while delivering an engaging, fast-paced story filled with romance, suspense, and unexpected twists. However, it’s worth noting that there have been some concerns surrounding Dr. Rebecca Sharp’s work, including allegations of plagiarism. Despite that, Ranger remains an engaging, page-turning read that will satisfy fans of both romance and thrilling plot twists.

The Resident
영화 / TV
The Resident is hands down one of the best medical dramas out there. It delivers a perfect blend of high-stakes medical cases, compelling character arcs, and an unflinching look at the realities of the healthcare system. The writing is sharp, the pacing is intense, and the cast—especially Matt Czuchry as Dr. Conrad Hawkins—brings so much depth and authenticity to their roles. What sets The Resident apart is its willingness to tackle tough topics, from hospital corruption to ethical dilemmas, all while keeping you emotionally invested in the characters. The show had some truly unforgettable moments, but it also made some frustrating choices—especially with how they treated Nic Nevin. She was an incredible character, and the way they handled her exit was disappointing. She deserved better. Despite that, I still love this show and wish it would return. If it ever came back, I’d want to see them right some wrongs, honor Nic’s legacy properly, and continue delivering the powerful storytelling that made The Resident so great in the first place. Highly recommend watching, and hoping for a comeback!

Monsters
영화 / TV
My mom and I watched Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story together, and we absolutely loved it! This series does an incredible job of not just telling the story but making you truly understand why the Menendez brothers did what they did. It goes beyond the headlines and dives deep into their lives, their family dynamics, and the events that led up to that tragic night. From the very first episode, we were hooked. The show is filled with so many twists and turns that you just can’t stop watching. Every episode peels back another layer, making you question everything you thought you knew about this case. The performances are outstanding—the actors bring so much raw emotion that you really feel for the characters, no matter where you stand on the case. What I loved most is how the show makes you think. It doesn’t just paint the brothers as criminals; it explores the abuse and trauma they endured, giving you a new perspective on their actions. It’s intense, emotional, and incredibly well done. If you love true crime dramas that pull you in and don’t let go, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story is a must-watch. Once you start, you won’t want to stop! I highly recommend it.
