A Man on the Inside Season 1
영화 / TV
should definitely watch. it's a 'feels good' movie. really sweet and fun (full of comedies), but also gripping because it's a detective tv show. it's heartwarming because the theme revolves around elderly. parents with grown-ups children that sometimes just so focused on their career, they didn't see how missed they are by their parents. or how lonely the parents are. at one point, it brought me to tears and evaluate my relationship with my grandparents and parents. it hits close especially as someone who left home to pursue education. it's not wrong, but sometimes i forgot about my folks and completely focused on my studies.

a no-skip album!! i think its also an experimental album for harry. tbh, i see the similarity of vibes and genre between harry & djo (my fav boys). but why is it so short?? 😭 and why is pop (the sluttiest song ever in kattdo) comes up after coming up roses (literally a sad ballad). its the whole matilda and cinema scenarios happening all over again (i dont think its coincidence anymore 😭😭) but, my honest opinion, fine line and harry's house still win. this is subjective though because this album is growing on me... fast. UPDATE: ITS A FIVE I PLAY THIS 24/7 THE NEXT DAY 😭😭 but my favs are: - aperture ofc - american girls - coming up roses - taste back - ready, steady, go - the waiting game - carla's song - dance no more idk i cant choose

such a funny song!! i love the vibe!! gonna start my day with something funky and energetic and funny like this!!

YES YES YESSSS!! ANOTHER HYPE SONG, ANOTHER SLAY!! genuinely in love with the vibe this song gives. i really love how unhinged and freaky this song is HAHAHAHA. every time i listen to this song, i just feel like a main character and i got to be a lil crazy and loosen up—just feeling the energy and the vibes. AND THE INTRO HELLO? the electric guitar is my medicine to chemistry. please please just listen to this 🥺 and the scream in the bridge? immaculate, perfect, top notch, amazing.

HOLY MOLY THANK U STRANGER THINGS FOR THIS MASTERPIECE! i truly felt like a main character every time i run to this song. its just SOOOO good, the intro, lyrics, guitar/bass, OMG its between i got chills instantly or felt surges of motivation every time i hear this song. this is definitely a wake-up song (based on experience blasting this song to survive chemistry in the middle of the night. like i mean... who gives a physics student chemistry lesson?? 😭😭 im dying help) if u havent listen to it, then please do, ur missing out on some real metal.

OUT OF THE WORLD IM TELLING YOU! easily the best hype song ever. this is literally one of my go-to song if i needed a pick up. i dont think i need to explain more abt this song. its an overrated song, but definitely deserved. this is one of my running song!!

im glad i found this immediately after i found carousel?? like bro, i used all my luckiness in finding feels-good songs, how am i gonna survive the rest of my week in college? but seriously its so catchy and upbeat... has the same vibe-ish with carousel. its the type of song that looped continously in ur brain. 5sos has range bro, im not even kidding. they release this album, then pulled something completely 180 like EVERYONE'S A STAR not complaining tho

omg omg omg omg??? love this and i am absolutely obsessed. the dynamic of the kents, lois and clark relationship, the plots, the characters and their plots—everyone had their thing going on and somehow this show just highlight all of them perfectly. clark is dorky, i completely agree with lois.
0
why am i only finding this absolute masterpiece now? shame on me tbh. i cant get the melody out of my head. u can hear the raw emotions in djo's voice. i love the guitar, i love how it turns from sad to upbeat tone but somehow sadder—does that makes sense? this is like djo's version of harry styles' cherry. overall, im here for the angst and the sadness and the melancholy.

hahahaha i give this an easy 5.0 star. i dont want to overanalyse this or dive deep down on why it's a five-star tv show. this is the kind of a good vibe tv show, one that i can easily use as a background movie for when im studying. when other movies focused on superman, this tv show focus more on clark kent and how he juggles between his personal lives and superhero lives. he's dorky and clumsy, and an absolute whim for lois—and im here for it. im not even a dc girl, im a marvel girl—but im so invested in this tv show, not gonna stop anytime soon. CLARK AND LOIS IS SO CUTE STOP

i honestly don't know why i gravitate so much towards apocalypse movies so much. TDAT is such a comfort movie for me, i don't really know why. the tension, the slight mention of physics in the movie, and just the whole vibe... i love it.
0
honestly my comfort movie. like the first movie, it really has this natural family dynamic that i love. helen is such a mom and bob is such a dad—they're a perfect couple actually. i think the reason i gravitate to helen and bob parr is because they're similar to my mom and dad :D second movie is also really good. more comedy than the first one, and definitely highlights malewife and working-mom trope. the productions did them really well, highlighting how they're excited for one another but bob's also struggling with his male ego (he's still trying to support her tho, so it's all good).

BEST DAY EVER 😭 it's different from every other h's songs. i'm not good with genres, but i would explain h's other songs as heavy band-music type. like u can hear the guitar and the drums. but with aperture, it's full beats, and synthe, and like pop-indie beats, i don't know how to explain it—but it's really good. welcome back harry 😭 at first glance, with how upbeat the song is, it's a happy song. but i think it's not. aperture means an opening hole or a gap, and in a part, h says "its best you know what you dont. aperture lets the light in" its like he's afraid on letting someone in because the baggages he carries alone, but now that person knows, he's kind of glad because he finally feels like some sense of hope or light shines down on him. and he said in the chorus "it finally appears it's only love" i like to think he said it out of relief, like oh the wait's finally over and apparently, it's love! it's not what he's been afraid for this whole time, and he's so so grateful for that. my favorite part is the bridge where he repeats "i wont stray from it, i dont know these spaces. time wont wait on me, i wanna know what's safe is." this is like the part where he realizes that he needs to step forward. let the baggages go or faces his fears, so he can step forward. theres also a comment saying that aperture's mv doesnt make any sense, but for me it makes perfect sense! the lobby in first take is dark, no receptionist and a stranger is following him. i think its some sort of a ghost, like taylor's ghost in anti-hero's mv. its his anxiety following him, and he keeps glancing behind, leaving the anxiety behind, until it appears in front of him so harry wont escape. so first natural instinct is to run, so he runs away from his anxiety, but he cant (he falls down the spiraling staircase). i think thats symbolic too because when hes fighting with the anxiety, hes "spiraling". like in a daze, between death and alive. but after he drinks some sort of an energy drink, he fights the anxiety in a harry styles unique way—instead of fighting it, i like to think he befriends them. he makes peace with it, he works his way and his world around his anxiety. hes not fighting back, hes trying to fix it. and when it does, he becomes calmer (u can see it in his face when he walks back to the receptionist). the world is lighter again and so is he. i love it.

hmmm... do i need to say anything?? i think this album can speaks for itself. the lyrics speak VOLUME of how good this album is. as well as the aesthetics, the stories, the tunes and harmonies, everything just perfect!! it's the kind of song that i listen when i felt overwhelmed. when i need something to help me unwind. taylor's soft voice in folklore really help me in... just letting the baggage go. it really felt like listening to your mother or grandmother telling a folklore story at night, they're voice soft and nurturing that just lulls you to sleep. but with taylor's folklore, it's either between sleep or cry. my favs are: - the 1: the mc is in denial and pondering what-ifs if she and her partner would've work out. - peace: so devastatingly beautiful. it's tay's love letter or, well, confession to her partner that they will definitely have her whole but not peace because of the fame. - hoax: OH MY GOD.... I LIKE TO SEE THIS SONG AS THE MALE POV OF CHAMPAGNE PROBLEMS AFTER THE GIRL REFUSED HIS PROPOSAL. it's just so fitting and i can cry forever in agony but also peace hearing her say "stood on the cliffside screaming give me a reason. your faithless love's the only hoax i believe in." - mirrorball: it's about trying to perform your best in front of many people, just be someone dazzling and in the process highlights the person around her too. - this is me trying: self-explanatory. devastating outcome from me tbh, i bawled my eyes out when she said "at least im trying" with a shaky voice and an inhale. - my tears ricochet: i just love the tunes and backing sounds that are so so ethereal and heavenly. as well as august, betty, mad woman, and the lakes. it'll be too long for me to explain, but i love these songs to pieces 🩷

i LOVE it! it doesn't beat fine line for me, but harry's house definitely comes close. this album also housed my most fav songs ever, which are grapejuice and keep driving (you should definitely listen to it). and probably satellite, or matilda, and maybe daylight 😭 this album really went through all stages of a relationship: the yearning, the love, the hardship, the breakup, the grief and regret, and the acceptance. if i get the vibe of sadness behind vibrant colors from fine line, i do get the vibe of coming home and acceptance from harry's house. the love and the regrets are all in the past right now, and just something he thinks back from time to time—a reminiscing kind of thing.

it was soooo good, what? the suspense and the plots are gold. i really love it. i don't know what else there is to say—i'm speechless! it keeps you on the edge of the seat, it makes you cheer for the characters (everyone have their own role and their own complexity, and the women... laura, slyvie, and ines are such girbosses). let me just say this, every time a problem is solved, a new one comes, and that's the fun in this series. it's not mystery or a detective movie, it's about survival and race against time on an airplane because exposure from the sun would kill everyone. but not only that, it's a fight between humans too; they're passengers who don't know each other, who have their own agendas, so there're might be ego and complications regarding that involved. it's really good, i'm not kidding. but, tbh, the first two/three episodes started with s*x scenes and i would appreciate it if that never happens again. i guarantee you will not die of boredom if you're watching into the night.

no matter what, this album will always be my baby. fine line is... sentimental. it's like an album for being a fine line between sad and happy. longing and letting go. heartbreak and going on a journey to find yourself. it's like an album you would hear on a cloudy day, the grass is wet, the air smells like rain. it's like... i'm not making any sense with all of these metaphors, but it's like saying "i'm never gonna be okay, and i'm okay with that." i think this is what h was thinking when making this album. this album revolves around h's heartbreaks and sweet commentaries about his relationship with camile rowe. and i think they loved each other at some point and i think h was really happy with her. this album is so poignant if you really think about it. like a fresh heartbreak. like a knife twisting inside your heart. my favs of fine line the album are: 1. adore you 2. cherry (top heartbreak song this one) 3. to be so lonely (tbsl and cherry are best friends and lovers) 4. canyon moon (happy love song) 5. lights up (in journey to find yourself, beautiful song) 6. golden (good vibe tbh, but lyrics will tore you apart) 7. sunflower vol. 6 (heartbreak song that sound happy) 8. fine line (pure heartbreak i'm telling you) i love every songs in fine line. period.

i don't care what others says about this album—that it's a flop—my girl finally got her happy ending, let her breath. honestly if any other artists release this album, i'm sure they'll get praised. but when taylor released this, lots of people complanining because the lyrics aren't that poetic. but what's funny is that a lot of people are complanining about ttpd because it's too lyricy and like too sad, blah blah blah. this album, and actually shown in her documentary "the end of an era", is really the happiest she's ever been. and honestly, the songs are a all such a slap and sassy too. i really love it, i'm not even kidding. my favorites are: 1. opalite 2. the fate of ophelia 3. honey 4. wi$h list 5. actually romantic 6. elizabeth taylor

i cried in every episode. i swear i'm not joking and it's not even funny. like especially when i got to see the crowd and saw the videos the fan made—youtube shorts or lile tiktok reels—like how hyped or how happy they are. i never got to go to a tour of tay's so it's really special and heartwarming to see other fans got to see her. this documentary also shows me just really how kind, how real, and like how amazing my role-model is. it made me happy that amongst all choices, i made the right one to idolized taylor 🥺

my all-time jam honestly! it's a fun song! an uplifting song. very full of harmony (duh because it's abba). i don't know what else to say. i like it because of the harmony and the instrumental. really funny and fun to dance to. never fails to make me smile between my routines :)
