Song title of all time! And the song is very catchy too. I did a little research into why the song is named so, and it led me to find out some very... very interesting facts about The Temptations. I am obsessed with the song title though. Whew...

"It hurts like hell to love this well But no one falls the way we fell" My favorite song as of late (as you can tell from my current bio). Extremely catchy. Just an amazing song. Many songs by Marianas Trench remind me of a certain period in my life, that mind you, I would prefer not to return to, but nevertheless they still bring me some sense of nostalgia. This is one of those songs. The lyrics tell the tale of a sort of codependent relationship. One that is destructive yet inevitable, as if it were fate that the narrator and their lover are together and inseparable in this hell, incapable of loving in any other way that does not hurt the other. So despite the pain that this "love" brings to the both of them, they "know" that this is the best decision they can make. In reality, love isn't supposed to hurt, at least not to the extent the song describes. Yet the song is compelling as it explores the excitement a tragic romance can bring. So I recommend you give the song a listen and think about your favorite doomed ships.

Where do I begin with this movie? One of my favorite movies in the world. It perfectly feeds into my delusions of unconditional love from a man... I'm joking, mostly. I first watched this movie New Years' Eve before 2025 and it became an instant favorite, carrying me through the highs and lows that year, and even now as I continue trying to figure out who I am. But some way, somehow, I always know that I don't have to have it all figured out right now, and there is always time to realize new dreams and goals, even if it is only to spite a trashy ex.

"I want you all to... my... self!!" I was listening to this song today with the music video in mind, which I only watched for the first time yesterday. It's very fun to think of this song as a song about requited unrequited love. I relate to this song a lot. Although in my case it is unrequited all the way through. Haha.

Great album! Time definitely flies by fast. Has it already been over a year since this release? I remember it like yesterday, right when a 35th anniversary Best Request was announced, I preordered the deluxe version through Musing, which came with an acrylic block of Izumi Sakai's face. I remember I had already bought the 25th anniversary Best Request album only months prior, but still wanted to buy as much ZARD merch I could with the money I had, even with international shipping costs (little did I know, they would rise even higher only months later but that's a story for another time). I personally prefer the 25th anniversary Best Request due to its wider song selection, but I still appreciate this album as well. The song selection being voted by fans, it definitely has ZARD's most popular songs towards the beginning. But, Tooi Hoshi wo Kazoete comes in as a nice surprise, in 35th place at the end.

Played it for the first time in a WHILE today. I don't often play mobile games, so I forget to play the ones I do for months before I remember its existence and go back to playing it for a little bit before I forget about it again. I remember a time when this game was extremely addicting... might have been about four or five years ago. I think it was around that time this game was most active and I loved playing it. Nowadays (meaning, the past 2 years), every several months I come back to it and everytime I do this super cute "Welcome Back" event activates. Love that. I do not like the Emperor in this game, by the way. I remember wanting the MC to run away with her childhood friend.

I absolutely adored this movie. It gave me lots of laughs, and I will definitely be watching this another day, preferably during the day so no one can get mad at me for laughing hysterically. I don't watch as much soccer as I'd like to, but this was extremely enjoyable. I didn't mind the straight ending. While watching the movie, I just assumed Joe was pretty young for a coach, and I would say I have relatively low standards regarding romance in movies. But it would have been really interesting if Jess and Jules actually ended up being lesbian. I should also note that the only other movie starring Keira Knightley I've watched was Pride and Prejudice (2005). So it was particularly funny seeing her performance here.

I absolutely adored this series, and finished it all within 24 hours (I just NEEDED to know more everytime an episode ended). I have a copy of the book that I bought on sale (I was lucky to have bought it, a double feature of Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights for only 12 dollars). However, I never actually read it, citing lack of free time as an obstacle (but uh, in reality we all know that I have a lot of free time... I am on summer break with no job or internship... lol). But after watching this series I feel that I absolutely have to read it. There is no way that this show covered that long book and I just need, need, need to read it! (>u<) Despite a part of myself hating Rochester at some point for hiding the fact that he had a wife, I still found myself tearing up at the end when Jane comes back to him and marries him. And the very last scene where Jane is posing for the family portrait just ruined me in the best way possible!
