Such simple premise but it works so well! She gets more and more unhinged and it seems like there’s no end to it. The movie has a good balance of comedic and actually downright terrifying elements. RIP Sandy and Sarah

Rewatched it with my girlfriend (first watch for her). Still as good as the first time. I loved the way everything fit together and just to think she spent YEARS planning the revenge, damn impressive.

Even though I had some doubts about the legitimacy of his DID I fell for it till the end. I loved the suspense and tension. Great movie and above all awesome soundtrack

This is like the glory but squished intro a 2h movie. I love the trope of revenge not bringing peace but only more despair and this is clearly the case. Miserable. Beautiful.

I was skeptical about this movie having heard Golden so many times on the radio but the movie turned out fun. It’s not too serious while also dealing with heavier topics like guilt and such. Loved the small detail about the hat being for the tiger, not the bird. I wanna get these two tattooed now lol Also, for how short and “modern” this film is, it made me want to look into Korean mythology.

forgot to rate it after the watch but it was pretty cool. The ending was a bit confusing because of the elements but once it clicked it made sense. This movie also reminded of sutras so once again I’m considering having the heart sutra tattooed all over my body (thanks???)

I enjoyed the film (can you really enjoy cinema like this??) but it felt like it was dragging at times. Also, man, I get it you’re grieving (in a weird and complicated way but ok) but how long can you keep playing cat and mouse with that sick sick shithead. Ending is very satisfying tho

It’s interesting to see how everyone in the family is part of the messed up business. The main character not being a total dumbass is a nice thing too, I honestly didn’t expect the ear plugging move. Also, I hope everyone will at some point in their life find a friend like Rod.

It’s good. It’s scary and tells the story pretty well. I loved the monologue and that uncanny way too long smile at the end.

Seeing this not so long after Fractured is like giving myself a treat. This mundane reality slowly taking the darker turn and blurring the line between reality and hallucinations drew me in. Also, I’ve been meaning to see this movie for a while because of Bale’s body transformation.

Enjoyable movie though I feel like the premise of the main guy being a thief was meant to be developed more? I thought he’d break in into the crime scenes instead us just sneaking in, given he was introduced as a thief. Either way, Jake’s performance compensates for any of the film’s shortcomings.

I enjoyed going down the hypnotism rabbit hole but I also feel like it could’ve been developed more. The vagueness of it is a little over the top, but it’s very nicely shot and the story is paced well, it didn’t bore me in the slightest.

Those pedos speaking about justice made my blood boil for the x time during the movie. An uncomfortable, tough but necessary watch.
