I haven't been here for a while, like seriously it's been days and I just journled about something I feel it's special to also recognize the fact that I have this app too to record my days and even have it stored and shared with friends, this month starts well and I'm still on track with habits I'm doing my best to live day by day and to enioy more of life rather than just counting achievements or goals ticked on habit tracker Today was a good day I was able to learn Japanese, I was able to see a documentary work went more smoothly and my schedule for the day went well 👏 I'm grateful and I'm hoping for everyone's is the same ☺️ It's good to be back 🥹 🫂

Woke up after 9 hours of good sleep, my cat seems to be doing okay he isn't eating much but it's okay the doc said the gum is healing Did meditation and yoga and started my day with having the first hours to myself and not the noise of the world, finished my reports early and now listening to rhumba and u what to start journaling for something and having some me time as things continue moving ahead...... A good start is a good end not guaranteed but it's what I want and what I will. Get and work for

Well I woke up in chaos trust me haha 😂 I was like what even, my mum woke me up and it also didn't start well as my dad broke my mums only vase again 🤦‍♀️ this morning so mum wasn't in a good mood, and I woke up minutes before posting time my boss left a message are you there lawd I was so scared but things worked out and I was able to find rhythm again, I watched a bit of anime x had a good long bath, I did some journaling and I slept a bit and today we are eating one of my fave dishes so I am happy for sure grateful for this day and I appreciate myself for being able to finish it

I wasn't able to record anything yesterday I was too, frustrated and I was also stressed about my cat and work was getting to me because it was things going up and down, but today was good because my cat got a checkup and and I was able to know what was the issue, and work went well a just planning for tomorow and for next week remaining it's been a fruitful insightful week and I am grateful because even with the stress I have been so in high vibration energy and emotions mentally I'm so proud of today and whoever I was today

It's true all you have to do is know that know one does it perfectly once and perfection is a chase that never ends it's a cycle so go ahead and do it with what you have now there is no perfect day to start starting is anytime

So today to be honest has been so cold, frustrating a bit, it was a bit relaxing as the evening came in, my cat is not feeling well but I have contacted a charity centre to see if they can help me manifesting health and strength for my cat💝🍀🍀🍀 I love him so much, and now just journaling because August is almost over but I haven't really locked in as I wanted and I have a few days to make August better and start somewhere 😀✨✨ so yeah that's my day
