aaaaaaaah! this was such a satisfying re-read 😭😭 i forgot how much i loved this story of hannah and garret! i started reading this again because i planned to finish off the rest of the series because i know how beautiful elle kennedy's writing is! ❤️❤️

The man who didn't call is about two people who fell in love with each other after spending a week together. After promising to stay in touch because of the strong feelings that formed in just a short amount of time, the man mysteriously disappeared and didn't call the woman after. The book may seem predictable since the title is already direct, but after finishing the whole story, I concluded that it was nowhere boring and predictable and all of my thoughts while reading it were all wrong. It satisfied my cravings for a story that has depth and really meaningful characters and complex relationships. It made me imagine myself in the shoes of each character and yes, even Jo, one of Sarah’s closest friends. It made me question myself and what decisions I would make if those situations happened to me. The Man who didn't call is definitely one of those stories that will make you feel that you're in a rollercoaster ride and the author is the one who’s controlling it 😭😭

This was supposed to be palette cleanser for all the nerve-wrecking books I have been consuming these past few days, but it ended up becoming my fave book! I'm so addicted to how it all started between Riley and Nathan! It wasn't the typical grumpy x sunshine story at all! 😭 I'm also so inlove with their whole friendship as a group and even the involvement of her relationship with her parents 🥹 Made tears run down my cheeks nonstop 😭💕 And, I'm so thankful that the minor characters had an impactful presence to the whole story as well. It made the story more meaningful and deep because of the chemistry they all had as friends <3 I'm definitely reading this author's other books next! ✨

this author's writing is incredible!! i've never read this type of story plot before and lia's pov (the main character) in the story got me hooked into reading it until the end ♥️ i didn't really sob while reading it but i definitely teared up while relating to the feelings of the characters. i think i'm gonna read more of this author's creations in the future! <3

What the dead want is about a woman named Gretchen who has been looking for clues about her mother's sudden dissappearance in their lives for years. The only clues left are in their ancestral house that is apparently, full of mystery and creepy photographs. The story is very slow paced in the first half of the book but after that, I really can't seem to put it down. I didn't expect the deep history about their family, involving race, ideals, and slavery. My heart also ached for Rebecca and Celia's backstory, and even for their mothers who only wanted a great life for the two of them and nothing like the cruelty, caged, and controlled that they experienced on the hands of the men in their small town. The other characters didn't really stand out that much but Gretchen did a good job in handling the problems that was passed down to her by Esther and her own Mom. This book also shared to me the small portion of how was black-amerians were treated in the early years basically retelling the cruel reality of what they had to experienced.

based on the name itself, it's about walking 'till you dead drop! at first, i thought it was just going to be a simple movie and nothing that exciting, but stephen king really said nah uh. it's a very deep, emotional, and heartbreaking journey of numerous teenboys who got chosen to participate 🥲

yey! finished another book from kristy boyce!! if you liked dungeons and drama, there's no doubt that you will like this too. this story is more straightforward and is easy to ready because it doesn't really stress you out that much except for quinn's past issues but other than that, it will be a back and forth talking and flirting moments between her and logan 😭

the movie is good but i just don't like the cheating part between logan, scott, and jean grey! 😭 it's just so unnecessary tbh. and now, i'm actually scared to watch the xmen: the last man stand because i might see more coz as per the movie cover, jean grey is alive and kicking. i love her but this type of addition to the whole story makes me cringe 😓✋🏻
