I love Julia Roberts so much. This movie was so amazing and it showed the power of empathy in a world where people don’t believe in it anymore. 🥹

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
This is a cinematic masterpiece above its time. Then ending was so sweet 🥹 I like how the movie made me use my brain, but also allowed room for me to interpret how the story went. Now I see why Jhene Aiko wrote two songs about this movie. 💞

The Secret Garden
A childhood staple !!! I never understood the movie much as a kid, I just knew that it had a pretty garden. watching it now as an adult it was so nostalgic to watch. a little girl who grew up neglected but still making impacts on the lives of others and ending up with a better life than before. it’s almost impossible for me to not go get the book now

Loved this book so much. Took me a while to get through it, but I can’t say it ever dragged or had boring parts. Definitely not what I was expecting, but it was way better.

Another rom-com. This one had a really good plot, but it showed me why people think rom-coms are corny 😂 It was super cute, but almost too cute, and that made it corny.

Venting: 1st quarter of the year is almost done and my intentions weren’t where I wanted them to be. I was so focused on romance, which is cool, but this next quarter I dedicate to myself 🫶🏽

Been going on outings. Lost my job. Hate the job market. Too much politics going on and it’s stressing me out. Not enrolled in school this semester and it’s breaking my heart. But somehow I’m still happy ?? Not sure how life really works but hey. So many reasons to complain, but I don’t. ❤️

my frontal lobe is throbbing again lmaoooo. I’ve finally reached the point where I have the urge to be smart again, to push myself past comfort, and to grow. for the past like year and a half I’ve been in survival, no time for growth. just survive and take any time you can to rest and relax. now I think I’m ready to pass the threshold and work on myself and try to become the person I envision lol
