this was such a fun movie! funny satire, beautiful technicolor, not drawn out and with a happy ending :)

finished it so quick. loved Dan Levy in Schitts Creek so I had to see what he was up to this time and I was not disappointed. gay pastor and his sister (a teacher) end up forced to work for a crime syndicate. only 8 episodes for the first season, so I recommend it for a good laugh if you need something to binge <3

laughed, cried, cried some more and-oh! cried again. it was a beautiful movie. loved Ryan Gosling. loved Rocky

the charcuterie board I had for my birthday yesterday ☺️I also learned something really neat about my birthday! in Japan, July 7th is celebrated as Tanabata (aka the Star Festival), where people write their wishes on colorful paper strips and hang them on bamboo branches. It’s also rooted in an ancient Chinese legend about two star-crossed lovers who are separated by the Milky Way and meet once a year. if you go by the lunar calendar, it’s technically August, but who tf cares it’s my birthday 🥳🥳 also downloaded the game Moonlight Peaks which I’d been waiting for the release date for months and two months ago said it’d come out on my birthday so fuck ya . and then I finally watched the movie Emma and that was also really good 💗✨
