Went to Town and all the way to Mitchell's Plain to visit Pa in hospital. By bus. It was such a long journey but it was fun. He looks good and was so talkative, complaining about how he doesn't like the taste of Spar naartjies and only eats woolies naartjies😂. Surprisingly, the trip was so easy given how far we travelled. If gramps doesn't get out of the hospital soon, I will definitely come again.

This is alainna's space and I've watched another nat geo docu-series and was easily and utterly impressed.

Binged this as soon as I woke up and with the whole family too. As a documentary/docu-series lover, I've been wanting to watch this specific doc for so long (especially after I watched the hurricane katrina docu-series Nat Geo made last year) and it met and even surpassed my expectations. It was also so incredibly heartbreaking at times but also informative.

Gooooood and great ending.

Finally got to watch this and I almost cried multiple times. I'm so happy he got what he wanted in the end. Also his grandmother ahhhhhh😭 I need someone to believe in me that much

Finally finished this. It was good.

Ohh I have a lot to say but overall it was good. Hold on lemme write it down. I know this is based on a game but like what even goes on in that game? 2hrs long and I still can't pinpoint the plot other than a forced research mission into a apocalyptic world's blood sea. But the concept was interesting asl. Also the costume design and makeup. I just wish we got a bit more round of a story line. I can't really imagine what the game would be like other than try to complete the mission and not die. Also I would like to know more about the creature outside. Anyway back to the movie, even though Simon dies he does secure the important thing in the crawlspace, shame. I think ultimately this is an 4 due to poor plot but great visual and idea and acting. Rather than thinking 'I need to watch this again', I kept thinking 'I need to watch the part 2'.

I think when I'm excited for a book I tend to rate it more generously butttt Bronco Gil SURVIVES!!!

Yeah while complex worldbuilding can be a bit confusing for me, this was good. I did get a little teary eyed towards the end. It's a book about a religious group in a post apocalyptic world.

A hilarious short story about a pile.

This one was reoccuringly disgusting but the bigger problem is me falling for the idea that I will like the writing style and then the writing style being the thing that throws me off. If I'm honest, the 3 stars here is because I have been wanting to read this book for so long and I finally got to it. Otherwise, I think a 2.5 rating would work as per my taste.
