i had a good morning workout today! it didn't go as bad as I thought it might go.

currently reading this! I'm not sure if it's the abridged or unabridged version, but it sure is a tough read, haha! I'm not used to old English and I get confused who's talking at times. I started it because recently a card from LADs came out, and my husband Zayne is British in it, and I saw comments comparing his card to pride and prejudice, so I really want to give it a try! plus, it's been actual MONTHS since I've truly read a proper book.

today was really tough because I had 2 anxiety attacks in the pool. trying to change my perspective and thinking; it's not patterns repeating, it's something I'm successfully overcoming. it's the only way through. the only way out is through! haha. I can do this!!! I'm an awesome ladybug!!! mann
