my mom got me these hair clips that are similar to a claw clip but different bc my hair is so thick that claw clips won’t hold when i try them. these ACTUALLY work!!! she got them on sale at ross or whatever in a pack of 3 and it’s helped me get used to putting my hair up and being comfortable with how i look. only slight downside is i can’t wear them for tooo long bc i will get headaches 😔

today was so good. hung out with my friend some more since she stayed over. genuinely everytime i see a movie with this specific friend it always becomes my newest obsession (re: sonic 3 in 2024). i went into this movie lowkey expecting disappointment bc i thought it was being overhyped, hadnt watched any clips on tiktok or anything bc of my screen time stuff 😭😭but oh my god?? PLEASE don’t jump me when i say this but project hail mary did everything to my brain that people say interstellar did. both are such good movies with banger soundtracks but idk i can’t help but think about it all the time now. the entire filmography of ryan gosling is now very interesting to me. ANYEAY!! less about that. we played a bunch of tomodachi life together and the sims 4 :)))) tomorrow is another day! ❤️

such a fun day, don’t even have much to say besides i’m just so glad to be home. my friend and i went to see phm (duhhh) and she brought her lil mini fig of rocky made from legos to the movies with us waughuhug and then we came home and just chilled. getting back into kandi making again, ive been out of it due to school but doing it with friends has reminded me so much of why i love it!! i cooked hamburgers for dinner and then proceeded to eat one of those massive family size chocolate bars bc my periods supposed to be here soon UGGHHHHHH. these entries are so much shorter than the ones i did during the semester lmaoooo the difference a schedule of 4 classes makes. tomorrow is another day 🩷

didn’t do much today, it being my first day home. slept in super late and got groceries with my mom. i downloaded the tomodachi life 2 demo on my switch FINALLY and oh boy that was a HIT!!! i’ve been so excited to play it. also have a hangout with a friend planned for friday/saturday which is SO EXCITING!!! haven’t seen her in 3 months and i’ve missed her a shit ton. tomorrow is another day! 🩷

10/10 cured my inability to sleep like… 30 times in a row. i usually sleep to commentary youtubers but for some reason it hasn’t been working because it’s gotten to distracting and just,,, won’t work regardless of how tired i am.. also have horrible tinnitus so i can’t take my hearing aids out 💔💔 it took a minute but eventually i fell asleep. the screen fades to black and the fan noise is PERFECT!!! with the episode still playing in the background, i feel like im 9 years old again falling asleep on the couch while watching tv on a hot summer night oooouhhh im not immune to nostalgia-bait

today felt like i was dying and then immediately remembered im overreacting and then was fine. i got the worst sleep ever last night bc my ass cannot seem to get good rest on monday nights??? annoying as hell but whateverrrr. survived on 5 hours. didn’t have classes today so i spent a majority of my time at the library studying for my exam. the library is like the hunger games omg…. if you even WANT a spot you gotta get there at 10am or else you get nada. 👎 my exam was such a relief. i actually ended up over preparing because i understood so much of it and they gave us more information than i thought. immediately though once my test was over, i was able to breathe again and i got boba with miranda!!! yay!!!! this is my last full week here before i fly home and i won’t see her until next spring due to my surgeries so im gonna miss her so fucking much :( got home, made a microwaveable dinner and watched a movie. gonna write some stuff for my portfolio and then go to bed EARLY bc my ass is so tired. tomorrow is another day! 🩷

ABSOLUTELY LOVED how it came out!!! shoutout again to jewel-thief for the brand name!! i ended up only using the unicorn hair brand as it advised against mixing dyes, but i’ll use the ion dye for re-dying it. my hair looks red on camera but it is pink irl (can kinda see it in the second photo). i wish i did a few pieces on the top to kind of blend a bit but other than that it looks so good! also only mildly stained my skin but was super easy to clean up!! also it shows up as red on camera for some reason but the color i used was chocolate cherry :3 edited to include a photo of it in actual lighting bc my iphone camera keeps picking it up as red TT^TT pls lmk what yall think!! im so curious ~
